I am a wife of 10 years to my husband who supports me in all my crazy ideas. A mom to three little ones, two girls and a boy. In my me time (5:30am) I run, cycle, strength train, and teach a group workout at a local high school. Aspiring health fitness specialist-my goal is to complete the exam in 2014.
