For the last while I have been wanting to change the look of Fitting It In Fitness. I have finally achieved this. Hopefully you have stayed fit an active in my absence.
A short synopsis of my hiatus:
-running 2-3 times a week
-strength training 2-3 times a week
-taught a 2-week Boot Camp that I designed and implemented myself! So fun. Thanks to all who participated.
-Now an ACSM Certified Group Exercise Instructor
-Signed up for my first Olympic Distance Triathlon
-Had a personal TRX training session. So loved this form of exercise as the ultimate core workout.
